Shipping policy

At Deaf Diecast, we aim to ship all in-stock orders within 2-3 business days or less after payment is received. 

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping times after they have been dispatched vary depending on carrier and your location. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates ONLY and are not guaranteed. 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. Deaf Diecast is not responsible for delays, lost packages or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. 

All items are packed with extreme care to help ensure they arrive safely to you. We take extra precautions when packaging to help minimize issues with orders.

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • SAVE all original packaging, Including:
    • Shipping box
    • Tracking/shipping label
    • Packaging materials such as bubble wrap, packing peanuts, air cushions
  • Take photos of package and its condition including shipping label
  • Photos of the item(s) and their condition 

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather
  • Customs processing
  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
  • Other circumstances outside of our control

PRE-ORDERS 

If we offer pre-orders, PLEASE understand we can only ship the items once we physically have them in hand. Most models are produced in other countries and those regions will receive the models first before we do.

  • Shipping timeframes begin once the item arrives to us, not when order is placed
  • Manufacturer ETAs are estimates only and may change without subject to notice
  • Orders containing BOTH in-stock and pre-order items will ship together once ALL items within the order are in hand/available
    • The recommended way to order both pre-order and in-stock items to ensure a more timely arrival is to place an order for in-stock SEPARATE from pre-order items. This helps us ship you your in-stock items within 2-3 business days and allows us to ship pre-order items once we get them in hand.
